  Ongoing Project
The project would be run by a fairly Board of Trustee and Staff appointed by them. There is no time limit on how the charity trustees will be in office.
 
POWERS
The trustee may exercise any of the following powers:
Ø to raise funds and invite and receive contributions
Ø to establish or support any charitable trusts, associations or institutions
Ø to buy, take on lease or in exchange, hire or acquire any property necessary for the achievement of our objectives and aims
Ø to appoint and constitute advisory committees as the trustees may find fit
Ø to employ staff who shall not be trustees
Ø to elect chairperson to our meetings, calling meetings, special meetings to be called at any time. Every matter shall be determined by a majority of vote. Minute books shall be kept for the purpose of the proceedings at our meetings
Ø keeping of accounting records for the organisation; preparation of annual statements of account for the company and auditing or independent examination of the statement of account.
 
Under the Charity Act (1993) the trustees shall prepare annual report and its transaction to the commissioner, and preparation of annual returns in profit or loss as well as general power to make regulations for the management of the company.
Bank account shall be operated by the trustees and shall be held in the named company. Deposit of money at a bank and the custody of documents.
The organisation will operate mainly from Accra-Ghana, Togo-Lome alongside the Volta basin to the North and Bukinafaso as our operational policies and procedures and to ensure principles of confidentiality.
